On-call Creatives

That Help Your Brand

Stand Out.

Our purpose
is simple:

to help do-good brands look great so their incredible work can make a bigger impact in our world.

Having people, planet, and profits on the same level will not only make the world a better place, but it’s also the future of business. Even name brand companies like Unilever, GE, and H+M are jumping on board and seeing massive benefits by aligning their products with causes that inspire their audience.

While you don’t need to be a massive multi-corp to feel those same boosts of interest and revenue, you do need to find the right elements from your story that will grab your audience and inspire them to take action.

We want to help you change the world.

Organizations turn to us

because we’re strategic,

collaborative, and

friendly as heck.

They appreciate the energy we bring to each project and that we ask the right questions, listen carefully, and work on every detail like it matters, because the details matter.

So when we do choose to speak up, it’s a thoughtfully planned solution that has your biggest goals grounded in the reality of what’s doable.

We’re a lean team of smart creatives
making the world a better place.

Working distributed lets us call in the brightest group of talented creatives for each project. That means you’re only paying for the right people to get the job done. This also keeps our people happy, since they get to stay close to the ones they love while doing work that matters.

Values That Drive Our Work

Keep The Planet in Mind

We use the design and planning phase to minimize our environmental impact by selecting the highest quality and most eco-friendly vendors for each project, being sure to create what’s needed and reduce waste.

The Metrics Matter

We don’t shy away from using research and consumer data as part of our creative strategy. Having key metrics helps align our creative approach with your strategic goals and ensure that we’re heading in the right direction for your audience.

People First Approach

Your audience is the most important part of our brand.
We take a human-centered approach to every project, so we’re speaking the right language to attract the kinds of people who will be delighted with your brand.

Every Project is a Partnership

We look to build long term partnerships with every client, so that we can keep your mission and vision aligned with the elements and experiences that make up your brand. We’re not a hired gun, we’re your partners in doing Good.

“The harder we compete, the less differentiated we become.”

As brands sell on functional and emotional benefits, category after category is being filled with nearly similar products.
Large established brands are losing loyalty and market share to newer smaller brands that offer social and cultural benefits.

It’s a billion dollar paradigm shift.

Who’s Behind The Brand?

Shane Ernest

When you’re working with Create More Good,
you’re working with me, Shane Ernest.

I enjoy taking a hands-on approach with every project so that I deeply understand your unique offer to the world, and so we can find best route to get your work noticed by the people who matter most.

The clients I’ve helped run the gamut of industries; from international NPO’s and VC-backed startups, to for-profit organizations looking to maximize profits, and their social good through their products and services.

They may be diverse in who and how they serve, yet they all have this in common: they actively use their work to make the world just a little bit better for everyone.

Two Guiding Principles:

Always Be Giving
I actively find ways to use apply my skills for the greatest impact.
I’m part of the UN’s volunteer network, and often donate time to local causes that need a boost in their branding or creative strategy. As an early member of +Acumen Corps, I help social enterprises develop winning strategies for their businesses with an eclectic group of international change-makers.

Always Be Growing
I love reading, learning, and finding ways to apply new knowledge, so I devote a bit of time doing all three! A few recent books I’ve enjoyed: True Believer by Eric Hoffer, How Adam Smith Can Change Your Life by Russ Roberts, The Elephant Vanishes by Haruki Murakami, and Difference by Bernadette Jiwa.

You’re In Good Company.

While the industries our clients serve vary, they all have one thing in common:
a strong commitment to making the world a better place.
